How to Apply
1. Download & Print
Click the download button to save the PDF application form and print it on standard A4 size paper.
2. Fill Out Details
Fill in the required personal, academic, and contact details carefully in block letters.
3. Attach Documents
Attach photocopies of the required documents (SSLC marksheet, PUC II marksheet, Caste and Income certificate, Aadhaar card, and 4 passport size photos).
4. Submit to College
Submit the completed application form along with the documents to the college administration office for review.
